| 1 | Taking down ceiling fan of any make and 1200/1400 mm sweep at site, cleaning dust and opening up for examination, cleaning all parts and providing fresh lubricant to bearing/bush (oil or grease reqquired) fixing the fan in position after assembling and adjustment for proper running including replacing of cable PVC copper flexible of size 23/0.0076 three core from ceiling rose to fan and other parts if required including testing for smooth running as specified. Note:- Cost of bearings, bushes, capacitors and other spares etc shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only. |
