Legs shall be joined together at the top of legs by 25mmx100mm in section top rail provided in long and hosrt sides. 5mmx5mm in section verticaal grooved shall be provided in the middle in the visible two sides of all legs when placed position. Eight numbers of 25mmx3mm flat iron 200mm ongs bent to right angle shape corners hsall be provided at all the junction of top rails meeting wise leg. Wooden corners shall be providedin side of four ocrners as directed by E ngineer-in-Charge, irrespective of whether shown on drawing or not. Pre-laminated particle board, 19mm thick with teak veneer shaded at top and plag white on other side shall be provided as top of the table. 25mm x 40 mm teak wood edging shall be provided all round the top edges of the table. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be Melamyne police wth glossy finish as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 10 | ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL WITH SHELF (FD-1031)(a) DIMENSION: Overall size shall be all as shown on the drawing. (b) DESCRIPTION: The top sides, back, bottom, and front shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Base shall be made of 02 Nos mild steel sheet channels back welded to the bottom of the almirah. 04 shelves equally spaced making 05 compartments shall be provided with a concealed locking system without handles as approved by GE. The legs of the almirah should be covered with 1 mm mild steel. (c) FINISH: All steel surfaces shall be pretreated with epoxy powder coating by 07 tank process and oven-dried with the following specifications: (i) Dry film thickness of more than 45 microns. (ii) Salt spray test to withstand more than 1000 hrs. (iii) Adhesion as per DN 53152 standards. (iv) Pencil scratch hardness more than 2H. (v) The color shade of the outer steel body should be in the dual shade. (Shades as decided by GE). (d) NOTE: Test certificates of powder coating are to be submitted. The glazed shutters to be fitted with a handle and three way locking deivce as per Godrej Pattern. Painting shall be done afer preparing the surfces smooth without and abrasion. Automotive paint with spray paint after preparation of surfaces shall be done to al steel and iron surfaces exposed to view when palced in position. Glazing shall be done with 3.5mm thick gloat glass of Modiguard. |
