| 1 | Labour only for attending day to day complaints of external water supply and for checking/repair / replacement of existing water supply items for continous fresh/ hot water supply or detection of nature of defect including carring out minor repairs, as required to make the items functional, finding of defects, taking down/up of Gl Pipe and fittings such as valves, unions, sockets, elbows and tees of different sizes etc and refixing/replacement of items mentioned, tightning the loose joints complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in -Charge for 21 Wing area round the clock as and when required.NOTE: (a) Items replaced shall be measured seprately. (b) All the necessary T&P, required for repair shall be provided by the contractor. (c) Required Complain slip, and complain register, required shall be provided by the contractor. (d) Necessary transportation to the employees shall be provided by the contractor.(e) Contractor shall provide at least one FGM/ Pipe fitter with one helper to attend the complaint on each day and report to concerned JE daily. JE will record attendence in register daily basis in working days. Penality for absent of labour shall be imposed on contractor @Rs. 750 per day. |
| 2 | Excavation, in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying GI pipe line in hard / dense soil and getting out complete all as specified. |
| 3 | Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified. |
| 4 | Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified. |
| 5 | Taking up or down steel tubing with connection from trenches, ceilings, floors walls etc including cleaning for refixing or removing from site complete with all fittings ( such as bends elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, unions etc) all as specified of following sizes: |
