Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item A) and disposal of exacvated earth as obtained to a distance up to 50M. Including all lifts levelling, ramming the foundation trenches removing rools of tree shurbs all complete as per approved desing building specification and direction of E/I.Extra work for earthwork in hard soil as per specification and direction of E/I. (vide classification of soil item B)

Construction of Granular Sub- base ( for grading -I Material) by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor graded on prepared surface , mixing in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density . complete as per Technical Specicification . S.O.R 4.01 A III

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All wrk up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers not exceeding 150mm, thick well waterd, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenches withing a lead of 50 m and lift of 1.5M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
