SCOPE OF WORK - 1. Fabrication of working platforms (@04 nos. per machine).2. Tensioning of suspension ropes at both ends (@04 nos. per machine) by use of special fixtures.Note :- 1. Job has to be done in all 04 nos. 24/96 Draglines (VINDHYA, JWALA, JYOTI & PAWAN).2. Work has to be done in 2-shifts per day.3. Supervision of the complete job has to be ensured by the contractor.4. Adequate manpower, Welding machines with accessories, Gas Cutting sets with accessories, Grinding Machines with accessories, all involved tools & tackles, safety items, special fixtures and to & fro transportation of manpower & tools required for the job shall be arranged by the contractor. 5. Industrial gases, Electric power supply and crane support as required shall be provided departmentally by NCL.6. Firm has to provide price break up of quoted price whenever asked. 7. Work has to be done within 8 days per machine from job hand-over.• LABOUR PAYMENT THROUGH “CLIP” PORTAL IS TO BE ENSURED BY THE BIDDER.
