Construction of One No. RCC OHSR of 50000 ltr. Capacity with sill level not less than 17 mtr. and FSL not to be less than 20 mtr. from formation level. complete with external RCC stair case with landing slabs at each staging RCC roof, ventilator, single manhole cover, lightening conductor and aluminum ladder inside OHSR & M.S ladder outside tank complete as described. Providing and fixing DI K-9 D/F expansion joints, Bell mouth and D/F puddle collars as per DWSS design on basis of enclosed drawing. Duck foot bends, conforming to ISI-13382 and C.I./D.I, D/F sluice valve duly ISI marked (IS-14486-2000 or latest) one each with inlet, outlet and scour pipes & overflow. DI double flanged pressure pipe DI K-9 horizontally as per IS 8329-2000 & latest dully ISI Marked from bottom dome to duck foot band & further up to 2.75 mtr. as per detailed specification. TMT Steel G.I. railing in 2 rows in both sides of approved make & Painting of all external surfaces complete in all respect. (Note:- The Specification & Drawing are based on safe bearing capacity of soil not less than 8.75 ton per sqm. In case the safe bearing capacity of less than 8.75 ton per sqm than the contractor shall submit his own design for foundation portion based on actual safe bearing capacity as per DWSS Specifications. The difference in quantity from the standard drawing based on 8.75 ton per sqm safe bearing capacity will be paid as per CSR + Prevailing ceiling premium) including providing & fixing automatic electronic water level control device & construction of plinth protection around the OHSR with brick masonry toe wall 40mm thick CC 1:2:4 on top cover, 100mm thick CC 1:8:16 & inside earth filling including over flow scour houdi complete in all respect.
