Consultancy services for obtaining atleast 3 star rating from GRIHA ADARSH as per GRIHA V. 2019 for OTM accommodation at Ajeya Garrison = 8285.24 Sqm complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including supervision for compliance of GRIHA Norms by contractor upto receipt of 3 star GRIHA rating to the proposed building.

The scope is to engage a qualified GRIHA Consultant who will:(a) Facilitate and manage the process from filing till obtaining GRIHA Certification for the project.(b) Support the MES and Contractor team in achieving compliance with GRIA rating criteria.(c) Provide all required documentation, training, guidance, and coordination with the GRIHA Secretariat.

The scope of work shall include, but not be limited to, the following:-Pre-Certification Stage(A) Study of project drawings, specifications, and reports.(B)Identify applicable GRIHA criteria and target rating.(C) Prepare and submit the preliminary feasibility report for GRIHA compliance.(D)Conduct initial site visits and stakeholder meetings.(E) Prepare a detailed GRIHA compliance roadmap with roles, responsiblities and timelines.Design Stage(A) Review design documents and suggest modifications to meet GRIHA requirements.(B)Provide inputs to the design team regarding energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management and sustainable materials.(C) Conduct GRIHA-related training and awareness sessions for MES, GE and contractor staff.(D) Assist in documentation and submission of design-stage deliverables to GRIHA Council.

Construction Stage(A) Periodic site visits for monitoring implementation of GRIHA measures.(B) Verify on-site execution of sustainability features and adherence to GRIHA norms(C)Coordinate with MES Contractor and GE for maintaining compliance records.(D) Support in preparation and submission of construction-stage documentation and clanfications.Certification Stage(A) Compilation and submission of all necessary documents for final GRIHA evaluation(B) Coordination with GRIHA evaluators during site inspections and audits.(C) Address evaluator queries and facilitate certification approval.(D) Assist in obtaining the Final GRIHA Rating Certificate.

Deliverables(A)Preliminary GRIHA Feasibility and Strategy Report(B)GRIHA Compliance Matrix and Documentation Plan.(C) Design and Construction Stage Reports.(D)Minutes and Reports of Training/Workshops(E) Periodic Progress Reports(F)Submission and coordination of all documentation with GRIHA Secretariat.(G) Final Certification Support Report after GRIHA rating is obtained.Roles and Reporting(A) The consultant shall report to the MES Contractor and the Garrison Engineer (GE South), Mamun.(B) The consultant shall act as the facilitator for the entire GRIHA certification process and will work in coordination with all project stakeholders.(C) All deliverables and reports shall be submitted through the MES Contractor for onward submission to GE.

Duration of ServicesThe consultancy services shall commence from the date of award of contract and shall continue until the final GRIHA Certification is obtained or for a period of 24 months, whichever is later.Eligibility Criteria(A)The applicant must be an authorized GRIHA Accredited Professional (AP) or registered GRIHA Evaluator/Consultant.(B) Should have completed at least two (2) similar GRIHA-certified projects (minimum 3-star rating).(C)Proven experience in sustainable building design, documentation and certification processes.(D) Must possess a valid GST registration and PAN.

Proposal SubmissionInterested consultants will submit their proposals in two partsPart I - Technical Proposal(A)Company profile and registration details(B) Proof of GRIHA accreditation.(C) Details of similar projects completed.(D) Approach & amp, methodology for this project.(E) Team structure and resumes of key professionalsPart Il - Financial Proposal(A)Detailed cost proposal including professional fees, travel expenses documentation and other costs.(B) Applicable taxes shall be shown separately.

General Terms(A)All data, drawings and documents prepared by the consultant shall be the property of MES and will be confidential in nature.(B) The consultant shall maintain confidentiality of all project-related information.(C) MES reserves the night to accept or reject any proposal without assigning reasons.
