| 17 | Material and labour for preparation of old plastered surface / concrete surfaces of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enemel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for all items mentioned here in before it is inform that the material incorporated in this work shall be purchased by contractor before starting of work at site as per make approved by GE. At least 75% of total material will be deposited to the custody of Engineer-in-charge and will be opened at the presence of Engineer-in-charge or the rap of EIC.
