Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Retrofit Emission Control Device/Equipment (RECD) for Diesel Generator Set of capacity 125 KVA of any make/vintage as per the detailed specifications and terms and conditions given below:-(a) Category Application :- Reduce particulate matter (PM 2.5), Carbon Monoxide and Hydrocarbons emitted from Diesel Engine(b) Technology/Type :- ESP (Electrostatic Precipitator), Wet Scrubbing, catalyst ased (DOC & DPF) Guaranteed specified Particulate matter (PM 2.5) Carbon Monoxide, Hydrocarbon reduction efficiency (Min), Hydrocarbon reduction efficiency (Min) 85% for all DG sets.(c) Test Reports / Certification :- Device should be ‘Type Approved’ as per the System and Procedure of Central Pollution Control Board for Emission Compliance Testing of Retro-fit Emission ControlDevices (RECD) For Diesel Power Generating Set Engines, Dated 01/02/2022, vide Pollution Control Series PCLS/12/2021-22 Adhering to this, RECD to be ‘Type Tested’ for an equivalent kVA family as per the System and Procedure from any one of the four Central Pollution Control Board, Govt of India recognized/approved test agencies/laboratories as given below:(i) Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI, Pune)(ii) International Centre for Automotive Testing (ICAT, Manesar)(iii) Indian Institute of Petroleum (IIP, Dehradun)(iv) Vehicle Research Development Establishment (VRDE, Ahmednagar):(d) Back Pressure due to the Emission Control retrofit device :- Maximum back pressure exerted by the Emission Control retrofit device at max prescribed load by DG OEM (as per the capacity of the DG set)

General Technical Requirements (GTR) :-(a) Emission Control retrofit device shall be complete with safety precautions to ensure no damage should be done to the DG set operations under any circumstances. The Emission Control retrofit device should be closely coupled with the DG exhaust to ensure 100% of the exhaust passes through the Emission Control retrofit device. No bypass system shall be available in RECD as per CPCB Norms.(b) Anti-Vibration mountings shall be provided for complete Emission Control retrofit device in case of flexible coupling with the diesel generator exhaust.(c) RECD should be free from hazardous waste generation, energy efficient i.e. No power consumption & with no waste Generator (carbon collection) & can be quickly installed and also have protection against under voltage, over voltage, under frequency, over frequency, low battery voltage, over current, earth-fault, short circuit, phase sequence change etc.(d) The Emission Control retrofit device shall be with corrosion resistive & HR paint and have automatic regeneration mechanism for ensuring trouble free operation and minimal human intervention.
