Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bitumen macadam surfaces in area exc.400 sqm , depth n.exc 50mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M & for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the clear surfaces with gunny bags to remove dirt etc applying evenly a primming / tack coat with paving bitumen primer @5 Kg/10 Sqm of road surface for laying Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete/ Bituminous Macadam complete all as specified and directed. (Note: semi dense concrete/ Bituminous Macadam) will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with thickness (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 4% binder content (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) by weight of total mix prepared in hot mix plant, laying of mix with self propelled mechanical paver, duly rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 08 to 12 tonne power roller and vibrating roller etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix,using VG 30 bitumen by mechanised paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete and rolling to a smooth surface with 10 ton pneumatic roller complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair solar stud aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.
