| 6 | Demolition in Reinfored cement Concrete in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams,staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work, etc all complete as directed by EIC. |
| 7 | Excavating in hard dense soil in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out and filling surplus soil with thorough compaction after laying of concrete, etc all complete as directed by EIC. |
| 8 | M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders ,deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge.Important Notes:i] Proper Compaction of the Hardcore shall be ensured by the Contractor. |

| 10 | M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge. |
| 11 | M& L for Reinforced cement concrete design mix M25 (20 mm graded aggregate) for Footing, column & Beams, etc all complete as directed by Engg-in-charge. |
| 12 | Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, etc all complete as directed by Engg-in-charge. |
| 13 | M & L for plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A [Make: Tata / Jindal / SAIL or other reputed make with ISI Mark as approved by the EIC] Steel with flange plates, caps, bases. Splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections, etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge.Important Notes: i] The MS section shall be with ISI mark. ii] The sample of approved make of material shall be got approved from EIC before use in workiii] All safety precautions as per Factory norms shall be strictly followed by Contractor & his workers. |
| 14 | S & F Plates of required thickness Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A, including drilling holes, fixing in position with nuts & bolts, etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge.Important Notes:i] The sample of plates shall be got approved from the EIC before fixing / use in work. |
| 15 | S & F Mild steel bolts purpose made Dia exc 12 & n exc 20 mm with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. Exc 30cm long, etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge.Important Notes: i] The portion of bolts to be embedded in Concrete shall be coated with bitumen paint.ii] All safety precautions as per Factory norms shall be strictly followed by Contractor & his workers. |
| 16 | S & F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality A) [Make: Tata / Jindal / SAIL or other reputed make with ISI mark as approved by the EIC] including distance pieces, cleats, etc all complete as directed by the Engg in Charge.Important Notes:i] The MS section shall be with ISI mark. ii] The sample of approved make of material shall be got approved from EIC before use in work.iii] All safety precautions as per Factory norms shall be strictly followed by Contractor & his workers. |
| 17 | M & L for Painting on Steel Surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, including preparation of new surface, one coat of red oxide, and two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Make: 1st Quality from Asian, Nerolac, Birla Opus, Berger), etc all complete as directed by EIC. |
| 18 | S & F 6mm thick asbestos cement with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls, etc all complete as directed by EIC. |
| 19 | M & L for painting on Asbestos Cement corrugated sheets including preparation of new surface, priming with suitable primer and application of Two Coats of exterior emulsion i.e. Green paint on top and white colour on bottom, etc all complete as directed by the EIC. |
