| 5 | Providing and fixing Stage fully carpeted (New carpet) duly supported on structurally safe scaffolding with required bracing and appropriate wooden top in perfect line and level. The wooden top should not be broken, uneven, and duly fixed to the support system. The whole system should be tested and certified as safe for holding cultural events. Minimum Size of stage will be 24 feet x 40 feet with one Ramp along with Carpet and side railing in aspect ratio 1: 12 of minimum 4 feet x 24 feet as per functional requirement. Stage shall be at minimum 5 feet height with masking all around the stage as per approved design. Stage shall be provided with minimum two steel staircases and one ramp fixed on platform of 3-4 feet height with SS Railing of minimum 4 feet width duly fixed in line and level with stage duly carpeted along with nosing at corner and profile. The tread of the staircases should have wooden top properly secured in position. |
| 6 | Providing and Fixing Outside the German Hanger, ≥18,000 sq ft of view-cutters (new) with masking/supports to screen BOH corridors, generator enclosures, waste holding, service doors and green-room access. All fixing methods shall be safe for guest movement, and the Vendor shall ensure that no nails, pins, metal pieces, or tools are left behind at any stage. Additionally, a continuous stretch of single‑used carpet (colour to be approved by DLCSUPVA, Rohtak) shall be laid from the University Guest House to the Convocation Tent and across the internal lobby areas, covering approximately 12,000 sq ft, to provide clean, uniform, and safe pedestrian pathways throughout the approach and entry zones. |

| 22 | Provide, design, fabricate, and install welcome gates at entry points, consisting of one box‑type gate of 20 ft × 15 ft and another of 25 ft × 20 ft, with designs to be submitted and approved by DLCSUPVA, Rohtak to fabrication. A main decorative gate (Approx 40’ wide x 15 ft) shall be installed at the German Hangar entrance, incorporating truss structures, cloth decoration, and branding elements strictly as approved by DLCSUPVA, Rohtak. All materials, colours, proportions, and visual treatments must conform to DLCSUPVA’S, branding and aesthetic standards. Branding elements inside the hangar and all directional signage across the campus shall be installed only after obtaining design approval from DLCSUPVA, Rohtak, with samples to be presented in advance. |
| 23 | Provide, design, fabricate, supply, and install a comprehensive set of signages across the venue, including but not limited to entry arrows, directional signage, seating block identifiers, VIP/student/parent seating markers, green-room indicators, reception and BOH-only signage, male and female washroom signs, handwash points, used-plates collection points, no-smoking/open-flame warnings, emergency exit and fire-exit signage, assembly points, photography-area markers, PHC/first-aid direction, parking signs, all food-area signage and counter labels, waste-segregation indicators, and *Robing Room (Male/Female)* signage for graduating students. This list is indicative and not exhaustive, and the Service Provider shall provide any additional signages required for navigation, safety, branding, crowd management, or event operations, as directed by DLCSUPVA, Rohtak, without any additional cost.
