Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards made up of 2 mm thick ACP sheet, face to be fully covered with haigh intensity encapsulatee type head activated retro reflective sheet conforming to type of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message, symboles and borders etc. as per IRC: 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 to ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium ally rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of stainless steel 25 mm OD hollow round pipe mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. stainless steel vertical posts of 50 mm dia and overall 3 mtr height including makeing holes in pipes, welding, cutting,providing & fixing ACP meggage plate of required size 900X600mm. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing in position Exerior ACP Sign Board of required sixe made with PVDF coated ACP sheet having thickness of 3mm (+/-5%). The board to be mounted with necessary screws, adhesive over a freame made of M S angle of 25X25XX3mm and MS hollow section of size 25X25mm having 02 mm wall thickness. 3 year onsite warrranty on color fading of ACP, complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Lettering with 3d Acrylic sheet (100% Virgin Cast (nopn-recyled) to prevent yellowing) having minimum thickness of 3mm and Acrylic letters must be fixed flush using industrial - grade 3M VHB tape or specailized Cyanoacrylate bonding agents. Lettering Precision-clean edges. 2 watt LED module back lights of approved make placed behind letters to illuminate fron both the face & sides and to create a glowing silhouette effect on the ACP base. Power connection from the nearest point and internal wiring must be done with required wires of 0.5mm and 1 mm size of approved make and quality. 3-year onsite warranty on LED, complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
