| 1 | Lifting of superstructure span by jacking up from below i.e. by placing the jacks on pier/abutment caps for span length of 30m. Lifting of deck uniformly by deploying appropriate hydraulic jacks in combination with screw jacks with centerlized power pack up to 50 mm to facilitate for removing of existing bearing appropriately without dimaging the girders. After complection of thre restoration of main girders at support stenghening / restoration of pedesral by micro concrete / polymer concrete / epoxy mortar with reinforcement cage replacement of proposed according previously damaged metalic bearing rockers and roller same and specified design (all items will be extra) lowering of deck shall be carried out to its original position without causing any damage to the deck as per drawing and standard practice. The item includes of all labour materials, equipment etc. complète as per direction and intructions of Engineer in charge including MORTH & H technical specification (clause 2810) (one span-6 bearing) (17.15) |

| 8 | Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar applied with compressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxy complete as per Technical Specification |
| 9 | Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. |
| 10 | Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-39, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1000C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 516. |
