M&L for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cracked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying tack coat on existing bitimunous to ensure a bond between the surface being paved and the overlaying course with bitumen primer at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm for surface complete all as directed and as specified.

M&L for semi dense bituminus concrete 30 mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregates premix with 5.5% binder (Paving grade bitumen VG -30) by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filled rolled and compactd with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing and applying 2mm thick road mraking stripps (retro- reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic merial by fully or semi automatic thermo plastic plant applicator machine filled with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surfaces including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals , oil, grass and foreign material etc. Complete all as specified and directed.
