| 13 | M&L for attending the complaint for any leakage of main CI/GI pipe line of 250 & 150mm dia pipe for repair/leakage including tightening of joints/nuts/repair of valves etc. for smooth functioning of pipe line, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.Notes:- (i) The items required to be replaced shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.(ii) The Contractor shall be fully responsible to provide necessary transportation, T&P and safety equipment to his labour to prevent any kind of accidents and department will not be responsible for any type of compensation to the contractor or his labour in case of any accidents, miss-happening to his workmen.(iii) In case any complaint informed to the contractor telephonically or verbally or on complaint slip is not rectified within 48 hours, the contractor shall be penalized @ Rs 200/- per complaint per day until rectification of complaint and shall be recovered from his dues.(iv) The contractor or his representative shall report to the concerned JE E/M daily in the morning at 9.00 AM to collect the complaints and shall deposit the same to this office after rect1ficat1on duly signed by the concerned user/ occupant of affected accn or area |
