| 13 | Disconnecting all electrical connections from electric motor 15/25/30 HP installed and decoupling from pump assembly and dismantling from foundation and transporting to local workshop approved by Accepting Officer for opening the motor taking out of burnt winding and thorough cleaning of the slotes, rewinding the complete motor with supper enamaled copper wire of same size and provn of supper quality insulating materials, warnishing, replacing the bearing sets and cooling fans if required and drying and taking back from wksp including laths and other any type of machine work such as rotor work, welding, metalling, machining and grinding for bearing sheet etc and mounting, connecting all electrical connections alongwith reassembling pump set and testing complete all as specified & directed.Note: Rewinding amount of motor will be paid to the contractor once only irrespective of how many number of times motor rewinded . |

| 18 | Refilling of liquid chlorine gas filled in 100 Kgs capacity gas cylinder (Empty Gas Cylinder with control valve, safety cap and connected necessary fittings shall be provided by the Deptt) complete all as specified and directed .Note: It is complusory item to be executed by the contractor else penalty of Rs 25/ kg will be recovered from contractor . (i) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of testing of each cylinder for any leakage/defects.(ii) The defective part such as cylinder control valve/industrial chlorine valve with safety seal nut, safety cap, valve Key etc replaced shall be replaced by the contractor if damaged duting transportation without any extra cost. (iii) Contracor shall provide test certificate of each gas cylinders after filling the emptied cylinder. |
