Surface preparation and painting of MS surfaces of structures and pipings at all heights including provision of scaffoldings. The painting system shall comprise of three coats having total minimum DFT of 200microns.First coat:Minimum DFT 100 microns of self-priming high build surface tolerant epoxy mastic coating.Second & Third coats:Minimum DFT of 50microns each of acrylic urethane finish coating. All paints to be used, shall be of approved make & shades. Refer Tender Technical Specifications for details.

Removal of corroded structural members of utility rack by gas cutting.Safe handling and disposal of removed structural members within one Km of lead distance. Refer Tender Technical Specifications for details.

Supply, fabrication, installation and painting of MS structural member for existing utility rack (to strengthen it) and erection of new MS structures (e.g. platforms, ladders, stair cases, covers etc.) Make of structural sections shall be ISI approved.
