Filling in plinth with sand, masonry or concrete waste taken from eastern yard under floors, including watering, ramming consolidating , dressing & transportation of material to salt godown no:4 complete.

Preparation of floor by using a smooth wheeled roller 8Te capacity, after spraying water ,including watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete. as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix (Ready Mix Concrete) of M-30 grade with minimum cement content of 350 Kg/ Cum Mix using 20 mm grade approved quality hard blue broken stone for foundation including setting them in all position and all sizes and shapes including bailing,pumpingout all sorts of water ,ground water, seepage water by engaing diesel pump to the nearest drain including all labour charges, hire for all tools/plants, cost of consumbles, materials and all safety precautions to workers and machineries complete as pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.M-30 grade cement concrete (upto Ground level)
