Cleaning and preparing the surface of old RCC/Old plaster by removing loose cover by sander / grinder for application of new treatment including all tools, machinery, tackels etc. complete with labours.

Providing and injecting epoxy grout including structuring of cracks in the body of slab girder, fixing inlet tube arrangement including cost of materials, machinery required for the work labour charges etc. (2kg of grout is considered per hole)

Providing Repairing of honeycombs and minor damages with Polymer Modified Morter including material,labour complete in all respect.

Application of Protective coating Supply and application of highly elastic acrylic water proofing membrane rubber primer. Primer shall be applied by brush/sprayed over the prepared concrete surface at 0.20 to 0.50 Kg/Square Metre by using the brush, roller or airless nozzle gun. After applying primer coat, Single component Acrylic-based polymer Highly flexible and elastic UV resistant protective cum decorative coat of MC – Proof DF 8 shall be applied over the primed surface using brush, roller or airless nozzle gun in two coats and each coat shall be 500 microns DFT. Including cost of all materials, cost of hire charges of tools and plants and all labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and applying upto 25mm thick polymer modified mortar for structural repairs of RCC members by using CM 1:3 proportion with polymer modified mortar for structural repairs of RCC members by using CM. 1:3 proportion with polymer NAFUFILL 15 % of cement weight by hand packing including cleaning exposed reinforcement by mechanical wire brush & applying rust inhibitor & bondcoat of ZENTRFIX KMH. Item includes the to removing lime or cement plaster including disposing off the spoils as directed with all leads & lifts. (Rates excluding GST) etc complete

Application of Protective coating Supply and application of Siliane/ Siloxane primer. Primer shall be applied by brush/ sprayed over the prepared concrete surface at 0.30 to 0.40 litter/ Sq.m by using the airless nozzle gun. After applying primer coat, Single component aliphatic acrylate UV resistant protective cum decorative coat DEKilogramUARD S or similar shall be applied over the primed surface using airless nozzle gun in two coats and each coat shall b e 150 microns DFT. Including cost of all materials, cost of hire charges of tools and plants and all labour charges etc. complete.
