Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of pump using tata mobile or similar transport through a lead of approximately 10 kilometer.

Repairs to damaged SS shaft 45 mm Dia of 5 cusec Hz Pumping unit of LIS Novla by way of rebuilding of shaft using high quality SS electrodes, then turning the shaft on lathe machine to remove the excess material deposited and restore the original dimensions, Straightness and profile of the shaft.

Fabrication, turning, finishing and fitting of Stainless-steel shaft sleeve as per old sample for both pumping unit.

Providing and fitting spare tyre for TC-15 tyre coupling

Complete assembling of single stage horizontal pump suction side 300 mm Dia after cleaning of all parts thoroughly with petrol, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load. The job also include manufacturing of new threads in pump casing for easily fitment of Studs of suitable size with the help of skilled labour, Lathe machine and other Tools and Tackles, the job also include p/f of suitable size studs/nuts and bolts as per sample.

Dismantling of damaged portion of CGI shed on motor of LIS Novla by way of Technician/skilled labour and then p/f of Ms angle 40x40x5 mm (3kg/mtr. x 5 mtr. =15 kg) by way of welding and then p/f of 0.5 mm SGI sheets (6 sqm) by way of using Ms suitable J-type nuts and bolts (02) kg, The job also Include welding work of MS channels at different spots for proper strength and p/f of MS Plate/strip (10 kg) for Base frame to make it vibrational free during operation of pumping unit. Repairs to 300 mm dia M.S foot valve of lift irrigation scheme Johama installed on suction side by way of extraction of foot valve from their installed position with the help of skilled labour, then shifting it to workshop for repairs. The job includes the charge for repair to hinges, weight plate, & damaged body of foot valve by way of welding /patching Work. The job also involves p/f of new M.S Strainer as per sample, washers, nuts& bolts, for the completion of work.
