Complete dismantling of single stage horizontal pump by way of disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump. Disassembling, dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, impeller, gland, fasteners, etc.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of pump using load carrier auto through a lead of approximately 30 kilometer.

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of collar type SS sleeve as per sample having finished weight of approximately 1.6 kg

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS checknuts as per sample. (0.6kg)

providing and fitting of palmetto packing.

providing and fitting of MS nuts and bolts of assorted sizes.

providing and fitting of spare tyre for TC-16 tyre coupling with coupling bolts
