Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 250KVA HT LT Transformer using appropriate means of transport as Mini truck like Tata mobile, Bolero Camper or similar with 15 km lead.

Dismantling by way of disconnecting of all HT and LT connections, opening of top lid, taking out of coils after removal of core assembly, etc. Job also includes detaching of core HV/LV coils.

Providing and fitting of finished new H.T side Aluminum wire windings with insulation in place of damaged windings including labour costs etc.

Supply of Neoprene Rubberized Gasket Sheet 3mm thick.

Filling of fresh T-oil in transformer of Reputed make.

Credit value for scrap Aluminum(as per actual).

Complete assembling of 11/0.4kV transformer after cleaning of tank, fitting of coil assembly in the tank. Job further includes closing of the transformer lid by way of fitting of existing nuts/bolts and insulators, etc Reconnecting of HT/ LT connections and testing on full load.

P/F of 250 Amp MCCB with enclosure and having breaking capacity 36KA at 415V for lift irrigation scheme Zehanpora. The MCCB shall be 03 pole and having adjustable thermal and magnetic setting and shall be of reputed make. The job includes providing/ fitting of copper thimbles at both input and output terminals.
