The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel bases made in U shaped with ends covered . Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of the length of 920mm and shall be up to full width of 485mm and shall be 100mm high Top, sides bottom and back of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet . Four shelves equally spaced of 1mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided to make five compartments.Front shutter shall two leaves of equal size .Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75mm fixed to each shutter and shall be side hung. All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship. One chromium plated steel handle with a locking device shall be provided as shown on drawing .The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate .Make of Lock-Harrison/Godrej/MowjeeAll steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of silver grey hammer paint internally and extrenally with spray machine after preparation of surfaces.A mark of MES shall also be provided on top left corner of front shutter with visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine.Rest all as per drg. |
| 2 | Almirah medium steel with shelves Drawing No FD-1032Overall size shall be 1270mm high,765mm wide and 440mm deep.The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length and shall be up to full width of 440mm of almirah. | 3 | Bin Linen Multipurpose Drawing No FD/E6/MAP/09The overall size of the bin linen multipurpose is 1200mm long x 450mm wide x 750mm high DESCRIPTION: (a) It shall be made of BWR plywood of grade - A of thickness as specified in drg; in lieu of prelaminated particle board. (b) 1mm thick laminated sheet shall be pasted on all exterior surface with marine grade adhesive including 6mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided alround the edges of shutters and drawers. c) Each drawer shall be provided with 2 x Nos of 12 inch long stainless steel telescopic channels. (d) Irrespective of what is shown on drg,the base of bin linen multipurpose shall be of size 1200mm long x 450mm wide x 75mm high, made of 1st class teak wood scantling 30mm thick. The bottom frame shall have four nos of 25mmx25mm stiffeners placed and fitted at equidistant positions inside the base frame. All wood to be used shall be 1st class hard teak wood. The base frame shall be fixed with 85mm long screws fitted from the bottom. (e) Drawer and shutter shall be provided with 100mm long 8mm dia chrome plated handles. A 10.5mm dia forged bright Zinc plated MS Castor Pin is of pressfitted into each prong for holding the castors. The seat and back of the chair computer shall be made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with Leatherette and moulded polyurethane foam. The back form shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lipping allround.The back rest shall be adjustable and consist of drop lift mechanism and shall be adjusted in the insert .It shall be scratch and weather resistant.
