INSTALLATION OF DOMESTIC METER-CU/GI/MLC PIPE-CONVERSION:SOR covers the Installation, testing painting commissioning of GI pipe up to 10 m from Tee point/MCV-I to MCV-II including/ or Testing & Commissioning of domestic Meter, regulator, GI/Copper Service Pipes/Multi-layered composite pipes and Conversion of domestic appliance with supply of rubber tube as per contract. \\"Receiving and taking-over\\" as defined in the specification, handling, loading, transportation and unloading of Owner supplied GI/Copper pipes/MLC pipe and supply of necessary GI / copper/MLC fittings (like elbow, coupler, tee etc) required for installation of GI/copper tubing/MLC pipe as per Technical Specification and satisfaction of EIC. The required GI/copper/MLC fittings shall be procured from vendors who have supplied these items for similar application earlier and with prior approved of Client / Consultant. GI service pipes shall be installed from MCV1 to MCV2 and as up- down stream of meter in casemeter is installed outside the kitchen, Copper service pipes shall be installed (rate of drilling holes of all size are included in the rate) from the Up & downstream of meter upto the valve before the customers' appliance as per MNGL's SOP. The Contractor to provide all equipment, tools and material necessary to execute the work in an efficient manner by cutting, cleaning, flux application, soldering and lacquering. The work includes supply of all tools, tackles and consumables including clamps for fixing the CU/GI or combination of both pipe/tubes.Installation of Domestic Meter: Installation & Fixing of meters with associated inlet and outlet connections/ fittings, valves approved meter brackets and other supports by proper scaffolding/ grouting, Restoring the area to original condition as per specification.Installation of domestic Regulator: Installation & Fixing of Domestic regulator with associated inlet and outlet connections/ fittings, purging valves approved regulator brackets and other supports by proper scaffolding/ grouting, Restoring the area to original condition as per specification.Conversion of appliances: Conversion of all types of LPG kitchen appliances to NG based appliances. Supply & changing of nozzles/ jets/grill/oven and associated controls for domestic & imported appliances with proper tools & tackles. Supply and installation of Steel Braided Hose (Suraksha make orEquivalent with ISI mark) between Appliance Valve and the Appliance, wherever required as per the instructions of the Engineer-In-Charge.Cleaning and performing minor maintenance, greasing etc. of domestic appliance, testing/ showing performance to the customer ,signing of joint meter records (JMR) & uploded in system and instructing customer on use & safety norms, complete as per specifications & to satisfaction ofcustomer/Engineer-in-charge.

CONVERSION OF STOVE:This SOR covers the conversion of stove where Meter and GI/Cu pipe is already installed including satisfactory testing and Pre- commissioning of the installed system.Conversion of all types of LPG kitchen appliances to NG based appliances. Supply & changing of nozzles/ jets/grill/oven and associated controls for domestic & imported appliances with proper tools & tackles.
