Labour for removal of deposited iron foreign materials from existing PVC pipeline by chain led pully system attached with required dia of cutter etc. in/c necessary earth excavation dismantling cutting relaying of jointing of pipes by making pvc coupler and solvent cement and refilling of earth etc complete as per direction of engg in charge(pin point for cutting PVC pipeline will be as per direction of engg-in-charge and as per actual site condition and necessary pipe for making coupler and solvent cement, will be issued by dept. free of cost).

Providing and fixing C.I sluce valve (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) as per chapter 20 of CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. A) 80 mm dia, PN-1.6

Excavation trenches of required width for pipes , cables, etc. in/c. excavation for sockets , dressing of sides where required , ramming of bottoms , depth upto 1500 mm in/c. getting out the excavated soil and backfilling of soil as required after laying of pipeline , in layer not exceeding 200 mm in depth in/c. cosolidating of surplus excavated soil with all required leads as per chapter -2 of CPWD specification and direction of the Er. -in -Charge. Providing, fixing and laying rigid UPVC pipes conforming to IS : 4985 jointing with couplers, of same class conforming to IS : 10124 ( Pt-II ) with solvent cement conforming to IS : 14182 including testing of joints complete ( but excluding the cost of specials like bend, tees etc. which will be paid separately ) as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge.
