| 2 | Operation & Maintenance of Tertiary Treatment Plant : Providing two shift operation & maintenance of two skids of UF & RO system of the tertiary treatment plant. The following activities to be carried out; Automatic operation of UF skids and RO skids using PLC and HMI, automatic backwash of UF systems, chemical enhaced backwash of UF systems, adjusting operation cycle and backwash duration of UF system as required, Operation of RO skids, Chemical cleaning of RO membranes, Controlling of all chemical dosages as per the process requirement, maintain the stock of chemicals,to measure and record plant parameters, to maintain operation and maintenance log book, to maintain the required pH and Conductivity of RO permeate water and pumping to cooling tower of chilling plant,Operation of chemical laboratory and maintenance of the system. The detailed scope of work is indicated in Section V.NOTE: 1) Total operation is 330 days x 4 operations per day = 1320 operations.2) Rate shall be quoted for each operations for a net working time of 8 hours per day for one highly skilled worker. |
| 3 | Operation & Maintenance of Tertiary Treatment Plant : Providing two shift operation & maintenance of two skids of UF & RO system of the tertiary treatment plant . The shift operator has to carry out the following activities; backwash of multimemdia filter/ disc filter at the end of every day, chemical preparation and carrying out chemical cleaning of UF and RO membranes, preparation and loading of chemicals, to maintain and monitor the chemical levels in all dosing tanks, operation of pumps and compressors, carrying out preventive maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment and instruments, monitoring the tank level in all process tanks, assesing the condition of cartridge filter and replacement of cartridge filters and to carry out cleaning and repair works. The detailed scope of work is indicated in Section V. NOTE: 1) Total operation is 330 days x 2 operations per day = 660 operations.2) Rate shall be quoted for each operations for a net working time of 8 hours per day for one skilled worker. |

| 14 | Supplying and fixing of 100mm nominal size uPVC pipe of SCH 40 of make 'ASTRAL/PRINCE/Finolex or approved equivalent make' conforming to relevant ASTM D 1785 standards including all UPVC Plain & Brass threaded fittings confirmed to ASTM D 2466/ ASTM D 2467, fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing including cutting, threading and jointing with uPVC cement solvent, Teflon tape making necessary opening/chasing of the wall, flooring and making the work place to the original condition etc., and testing the line as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
