SPECIAL CONDITION:- Documents of ownership of the Super Sucker Cum Jetting Machine, along with a valid Pollution Control Certificate for the machine, OR a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100/- with the machine owner with a No Objection Certificate lalon (NOC) (Consent to Operate) at least 60 days prior to the last date of bid submission and shall be valid for a minimum period of nine (9) months from the last date of bid submission. If any penalty or challan is done by any COURT/MCD/NGT or any other competent authority for any violation or causing unhygienic condition in the area, the cost of the same will be borne solely by agency.
