Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for anti-termite treatment in foundation trenches, plinth level, and junction of walls and floors, along external perimeter of building, Including drilling of holes at regular intervals, pouring and injecting approved chemical emulsion (Chlorpyrifos/Lindane or equivalent) conforming to IS 6313 (Part-II), mixing with water in specified proportion, and applying 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface area, complete in all respects including cost of chemical, labour, tools & plants, and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts, as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying anti-termite treatment and bituminous waterproofing coating to foundations, plinth level, and concrete surfaces of under-construction meeting and beneficiary hall, including preparation of surface, drilling, Injection, and spraying of approved chemical for anti-termite treatment in accordance with relevant IS codes, and providing two coats of approved quality bituminous waterproofing compound over concrete surfaces including cleaning, drying of surface, application of primer wherever required, complete in all respects including cost of materials, labour.
