M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1.00 sqm each incl sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm thick in depth, making good by applying tack coat with paving bituman (VG-10) @ 5.0Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifing or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm and exc 50 mm but n exc 100 mm deep & removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanningl the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscocity grade Bitumen VG-10) at 10Kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne roller and compacted to required gradient & camber (consolidated thickness 50mm or less) and binder content 4% (using Viscocity grade Bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix laid over priming/Tack coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi- dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using viscosity grade BITUMEN (VG-30) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted with vibromatic roller to required camber and gradient completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanningl the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscocity grade Bitumen VG-10) at 5.0Kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width thermoplastic paint (Hot apllication) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MOST specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.
