Safe dismantling, gas cutting and removal of old mild steel ducts/pipes/supports/exhaust HEPA filter bank/Butterfly valves, etc. This work includes wall/floor breaking, cutting, dismantling, removal of cement plastering, decontamination, cutting into small pieces, transporting and handover the removed materials to Central Stores as directed by the Engineer in-charge. Transportation of above removed materials (within 2km distance) by means of any vehicle from site to Central Stores is contractor's scope.

Handling and erection of 500 NB SS 304L pipe at 7.0 mtrs above ground using Hydra crane/ Scaffolding system.

Fabrication installation, testing and commissioning of SS 304L pipe. Butt welding of SS 304L pipe using TIG process with suitable electrode/filler wire of approved makes, Liquid penetrant (LP) examination of root and final weld passes as per specifications. As per ASME section –VIII, Pneumatic test to 0.5 kg/cm² after final completion. (500 NB SS 304L pipe will be supplied by department as free issue material) Ref: IGC/MC&MFCG/CFED/RFS/HC Duct/2025/01

Supply & erection of Seamless 500 NB SS 304L Sch 10 weldable elbow (Size 508.0 mm OD x 5.54 mm thick) as per specification.

Earth excavation and refilling: Manual earth excavation in all kindly of soil, refilling after work completion. This includes removal of shrubs, vegetation, roots and rocks along the trunch and disposal to identified location and de-watering the trench where ever necessary.

HEPA filter bank: Fabrication, erection, tsting and installation of of HEPA filter bank with 4 HEPA filters (2 x 2 matrix, Capacity: 4000 CFM) constructed with SS304L material and it shall have air distributor at upstreama d downstream side with easily operable leak tight swing door mechanism for mounting HEPA filter inside the support frame. The filter housing shall have BAG IN/ BAG OUT provision for alpha tight replacement of choked filter with new HEPA filter. These filters shall be mounted in a SS 304L structure with a provision for replacing the filters whenever required. The filter bank shall have inbuilt DP provision for measuring pressure drop across HEPA filter bank. This includes suply and laying of 1/4\\" Ss tubing ( max. 10 mtr single run) along with wall mountable 100 mm diameter magnehelic gauges. HEPA filter bank shall be suitably supported using ISMC SS 304 Channels and angles on the grouting plates. The filter bank shall be leak tightness and particle efficiency shall be demonstrated during performance test. Ref: IGC/MC&MFCG/CFED/RFS/HFB/2025/01

Butterfly dampers - Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of gear operated 500 NB butterfly damper with matching flanges including gasket, bolt & nuts as per specification for above HEPA filter bank.

MS Structural fabrication - Supply, fabrication and erection of mild steel structural support (angles, channels, plates etc.) for duct/pipe including one coat primer and two coat of enamel paint.

Supply and application of two coats of epoxy paints over one coat of epoxy primer on steel structure/pipelines, etc. This includes thorough cleaning of members using steel wire brush or buffing wheel emery sheets and inclusive of all consumables, to complete as per the specification Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
