Cutting in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumperwork and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to the required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site., according to HP.PWD specifications of 1990 ( One thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (One) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor at his own cost) as per satisfaction of Engineer - in - chrage through all modes of transportation including head load , animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of lobour , machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required). All usefull material, such as stones, shingles, aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used / removed as per the direction of the Engineer -in- Chrage. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges. Note:- The contractor has to stock at least 78.70( seventy Eight point Seventy ) Cubic meter of stones along with road and road over to the department other wise recoverd of un stacked quanitity will be recoverd @ of Rs. 300/- (Three hundred seventy) per Cubic meter.

Providing Laying,spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound macadam specifcation including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with 3-wheeled static roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming crushable screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per techical specification clause 405 . W B M Grade-III 53 mm to 22.4 mm size,including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-I) grade on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.00 kg / sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502.,including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion ( RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical specification Clause 503 ,including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying 30 mm( Thirty thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes(Seventy five tonnes) per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, antistripping agent @ 0.1% of bituminous binder ( as per I.S. 14982/2017 clause 5.2 in accordance with I.S. 6241) & transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects,,including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges.
