| 1 | Work of dismantling old , defective/damaged 145KV Circuit Breaker and Installation, commissioning & testing of new 145KV Circuit Breaker and all associated works. |
| 2 | Dismantling of old and obsolete 145KV Circuit Breaker by connecting AC & DC supply and opening nuts , bolts, jumpers, cable connections, earthing and opening of all linkage poles alongwith copper pipe line of SF6 gas of all three poles safely with the help of hydra, then shifting of all dismantled materials at storage place as instructed by engineer incharge. The work also includes dismantling of mechanism housing , GI structure and shiting it to storage place with all other associated works to complete the job. |
| 3 | Erection of new 145KV SF6 Circuit Breaker. The work includes shifting/carriage of new CB with complete accessories from place of storage to work site with the help of hydra , after unpacking, fixing of support structure after opening the protection covers, fixing of interrupting unit at the frames as per drawing/manual and as per instructions of site engineer in charge, checking level of all three poles with level meter , then connecting all mechanic linkage , connecting gas pipes, complete cable connections, electrical termination as per drawing, cable laying as required (cable to be provided by department), with all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily. The work also includes all modifications required for fixing of base legs on new circuit breaker with the help of welding machine etc, providing and fixing of 50x10 mm MS Flat for earthing and its painting by one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel green color paint, writing of feeder/bay name on CB marshalling box by synthetic enamel paint (black color with yellow background). Connection of all jumpers, clamps etc and replacing the same if required with all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily. Checking electrical open/close operation from remote/local/protection mode after commissioning of breaker and providing complete electrical wirings as per drawing. |
| 4 | Work of dismantling old , defective/damaged 33KV Circuit Breaker and Installation & commissioning of new 33KV Circuit Breaker and all associated works. |
| 5 | Dismantling of 33 KV Damaged/Defective VCB including shifting of dismantled VCB from switchyard to storage place/store room. |
| 6 | Modification of 33 KV VCB foundation as per site requirement/as per manufacturing drawing or as per direction of Supervising Engineer and shifting of earthing and both side jumper. |
| 7 | Erection of new 33 KV VCB in proper alignment & cable termination of circuit breaker as per logic for tripping/closing/spring charging/indication/Supervision ckt with proper ferruling and checking out of breaker operation from local/remote, including earthing and connection of both side jumpers and works related to complete the erection work. All required T&P, skilled labours, crane/hydra etc. Shall be arranged by the contrator at his own cost. |
| 8 | Replacement of 132KV CT/PT/LA with all cost of T&P required, skilled labours, crane/hydra of suitable capacity (to be arranged by contractor at his own cost) |
| 9 | Dismantling of 132KV CT/PT after opening of both side jumpers, cable termination etc , including shifting of dismantled material from site to place of storage as per directions of engineer in charge. |
| 10 | Erection of new 132KV CT/PT including shifting of new 132KV CT from store to site. The work shall also including jumpering on both sides, earthing & cable termination, painting of earthing flat. |
| 11 | Dismantling of 132KV LA after opening of its jumpers, earthing and shifting of dismantled material from site to place of storage as per instructions of engineer in charge. |
| 12 | Erection of new 132KV LA including shifting of new 132KV LA from store to site . The work shall also include jumpering , earthing, cable termination and painting of earthing flats. |
| 13 | Work of safe loading, carriage & unloading of various 220 KV/132KV & 33KV Equipment such as CT/PT/LA/Circuit Breaker from one substation to another as required. |
| 14 | Shifting of various 220 KV or 132KV CT/CVT/PT/LA/Isolator/132 or 33KV Circuit Breaker from place of storage to loading point and safely loading of the same with the help of manual labour/hydra at any substation in Lucknow, alongwith other associated work with all cost of men, materials, and T&P required for satisfactory completion of work in the direction of supervising engineer. |
| 15 | Safe carriage of various 220KV or 132KV CT/CVT/PT/LA/Isolator/220/132/33KV Circuit Breaker on suitable capacity/size vehicle arranged by the contractor from any substation to required substation in Lucknow (Upto 40 KM Distance) |
| 16 | Unloading of proper stacking of various 220KV or 132KV CT/CVT/PT/LA/Isolator/220/132/33KV Circuit Breaker from vehicle to store / suitable place with the help of manual labour/ hydra at required substation with all cost of men , materials and T&P etc required for satisfactory completion of work in the direction of supervising engineer. |
| 17 | Safe loading, Carriage & unloading of new 145 KV/220 KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker including its structure & accessories from any transmission substation to required Substation under ETD-II Lucknow with all cost of suitable carriage vehicle,crane,men,material and T&P required for satisfactory completion of job(Approx Distance One Side 100 KM) |
| 18 | Hiring of Crane/Hydra of suitable capacity alongwith operator and helper for carrying out miscellneous material handling works at various substations as required. |
| 19 | Hiring of Crane/Hydra on a daily rental basis along with a skilled, licensed operator and one helper for carrying out miscellaneous erection, maintenance, and material-handling works at the transmission substation. The hired Crane/Hydra will be utilized for shifting of equipment and materials, loading and unloading of heavy items, assisting in maintenance activities, and installation or removal of substation components as directed by the engineer-in-charge. The contractor shall ensure that the machinery is in good working condition with all safety features operational, and shall arrange all tools, tackles, fuel, and consumables required for its operation while complying with all statutory requirements including insurance, permits, PPE, and labour laws.
