Repairing and reconditioning of Top and Bottom casing of following pumps by suitable machining process.1. Flow more make pumps, 250 mtr Head, 225 LPS, model no. F5975DS - 4 Nos.2. M&P make pumps, 250 mtr head, model no. GST 250/300 -4 Nos.3. M&P make pump, 330 mtr head, model no. SCPE 200-700DS – 1 No. Scope of work :a) Dismantling of pump casing top and Bottom b) Dismantling of rotating unit assembly and accessories.c) Cleaning by wire brush and gouging of worn-out area of Bearing Seat and Neck ring aread) Rebuilding of the bearing seat and neck ring area by suitable special machinable electrodese) Line boring of housing as per required dimensions on boring machine adaptable for bearing seat and neck ring seating areas.f) Finishing of welded surfaceg) Checking of bore for proper fitment of.h) Repairing of threaded holes as per requirement.i) Grinding of internal bearing seat area, bottom face and top face of pumps as per dimensionj) To and fro transportation will be in the scope of bidder.k) The prospective bidders are advised to visit site and assess the extent of worn out/ damage and quote accordingly.
