| 1 | M&L for Comprehensive maintenance of Central Gas supply System and its allied equipments including minor repairs of manifold panel for Oxygen- 300 Points, Nitrous Oxide-14 and vaccum system- 300 Points, Air-51 points, CO2 -07 points, pipe line, 04 nos - Air Compressor pump/motor, 04 nos. vaccum pump and cylinder and empty indication system for a total period of 06 calender months complete all as specified and directed.Note : (i) Unit rates is deemed to be inclusive of taking down unserviceable defective parts/accessories and replacement with new one; including fixing of spare parts as and when required including welding/soldering etc for smooth and efficient functioning of the system; changing of lubricating oil (Castor-30) of 4 nos vaccum pump once in a year. (ii) New spare parts shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. (iii) Any spares required except here-in-below is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate and nothing extra shall be paid. |
