The BOQ item under sr.no.1.01 is for manpower cost. Contractor has to pay the life guards as per the shift rate of Rs. 1205.87 calculated based on Minimum Wage Act and has to pay as per the rate mentioned under BOQ and shall not make any change in the amount.
