Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power point etc. Accounts System, Salary through PIMS, collection of data from different offices & compile the same as directed, preparation of weekly, Monthly Account System, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly & yearly reports of different nature of work, updation of concerned work, details in “Works Information & Monitoring System” & preparation of Monthly & Quarterly reports based there on and uploading of Bills, Loading & Uploading of Tenders & entire E Tendering process, Preliminary Estimate etc. on various Government portals, other Internet related works and making presentation to the satisfaction & directions of Engineer-in-charge.
