| 1 | Supply & installation of 25mm X 6 mm GI earth strip of required length including welding and cutting in different sizes for Equipment earthing in Main plant as per technical specifications. |
| 2 | Supply & fabrication of stainless steel (SS) strips of size 100 mm (length) × 50 mm (width) × 3 mm (thickness), including cutting to size and drilling of holes as per site requirements. One end of each strip shall be provided with a hole in the size range of 16 mm to 28 mm diameter (as per site requirements), and the other end shall be provided with a 10 mm diameter bolt hole, suitable for installation of fabricated aluminium cable shunts. The scope shall include provision of two (2) SS strips per shunt, suitable for installation at various flanges located at different locations within the plant, in accordance with approved technical specifications. |
| 3 | Supply and crimping of 70 sq.mm heavy-duty tin-coated copper ring tongue lugs with provision of 10 mm diameter bolt hole for 70 sq.mm flexible welding braided aluminium cable with two (2) lugs per shunt for installation at flanges located at various locations within the plant, in accordance with approved technical specifications and site requirements. |
| 4 | Installation of 70 sq.mm flexible welding braided aluminium cable shunts, complete with installation of 70 sq.mm tin-coated copper ring tongue lugs (two [2] lugs per shunt) at both ends of item no. 4. The scope shall include positioning, alignment, bolting, and secure fixing of the fully fabricated aluminium cable shunts at flanges located at various locations within the plant site in accordance with approved technical specifications and site requirements. |
| 5 | Supply of 70 sq.mm (without insulation thickness) flexible welding fine multi-strand / braided aluminium cable suitable for use as flange shunts with insulation suitable for welding and industrial applications, resistant to heat, abrasion, oil, and moisture. The scope shall include cutting of the cable to required lengths as per individual shunt & site requirements and approved technical specifications. |
| 6 | Supply of M10 × 25 mm galvanized iron (GI) hexagonal bolts and nuts, suitable for installation in fabricated stainless steel (SS) strips with 10 mm diameter holes, for aluminium (Al) cable shunts, as per approved technical specifications. |
| 7 | Supply of high-strength structural hexagonal nuts in various sizes, suitable for the hole diameters of fabricated stainless steel (SS) strips and existing pipe flanges, in accordance with the approved technical specifications. (6.1) Supply of high-strength structural hex nuts, size range M12–M16, suitable for use with fabricated SS strips and pipe flanges, as per approved technical specifications. |
| 8 | Supply of high-strength structural hex nuts, size range M18–M20, suitable for use with fabricated SS strips and pipe flanges, as per approved technical specifications. |

| 12 | Erection and de-erection of scaffolding required for earthing flange shunts system for existing pipelines as per technical specifications given in Annexure-I.
