Clearing jungle/ grass/ malba/ building rubbish/ waste materials etc including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, above ground level mechanically/manually whichever required and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Disposal of building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Note: During execution of work if any fine/challan/penalty is received from NGT, MCD,DPCC/CPCB, local body or any other govt. agency, the same shall be solely borne by theagency failing which the amount of challan will be recovered from the bill of agency.
