Providing surveyor equipped with Digital Total Station Survey instruments with other allied instruments and providing helper equipped with necessary tools such as axe, pawrah, measuring tape, rope etc. for assisting the surveyor on hire charges basis for conducting physical survey of land with respect to nearest revenue reference points i/c transportation, maintenance & operation of machine all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Sajra superimposition on survey plan/demarcation plan showing all prominent and permanent ground features (like buildings, trees, roads, electric poles, Telephone HT lines, sewerage, water, manhole etc.) may also be required. The surveyor must be proficient in using/operating different drawing softwares such as AUTOCAD. Necessary legends on A-2 size paper duly signed by the surveyor and a soft copy of the same in PDF & DWG format in pen drive. The survey/demarcation plan may be required to be produced before any court of law.The surveyor and helper may be required to be deployed on short notice of 24 hours (1 shift = 8 hours).NOTE: Rs. 5000/- will be imposed as penalty for each default per day.

Sajra superimposition on survey plan/demarcation plan showing all prominent and permanent ground features (like buildings, trees, roads, electric poles, Telephone HT lines, sewerage, water, manhole etc.) may also be required. The surveyor must be proficient in using/operating different drawing softwares such as AUTOCAD. Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc., disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position Cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering - all work upto plinth levela. 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing 15 cm dia at top, 20 cm at bottom and 90 cm high precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) boundary stone as per standard design, including finishing smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) (cost of excavation, refilling and concreting to be paid for separately).
