Deep drilling of bore hole 125 mm dia. as per the strata encountered including installation, testing and commissioning of Submersible motor as per IS specifications by using ODEX method. The job includes extraction of MS Casing Pipe if any required during the drilling work as per site conditions.

Providing of 125 mm dia. M.S.Casing Pipe. The 125 mm dia. M.S. Casing Pipe ISI marked should have thickness of 5.4mm conforming to as per IS 4270 / 2001 medium class (Part-I) 2004 (Heavy B – Class, weight per mtrs = 18.11 kg) electric resistance welded beveled ended inside beed free pipes. All pipes from inside and outside to be provided with two coats of anti-corrosive paint of superior/approved quality. There should be no circumferential weld. The pipe from inside should be beed free having smooth finish. Each pipe shall have subjected to hydraulic pressure test at the manufacturer works in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments. All the physical and chemical properties of pipe including tensile strength should be in accordance with IS 4270/2001 with latest amendments.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set of suitable discharge and head as per output discharge of bore well and pump position with motor rating of 3 to 5 hp as per pump design, 3ph, 400V AC confirming to ISO specification of reputed make along with allied works by way of providing of submersible pump set and then installation of the submersible pump set as follows: -MS Adopter:- fabrication of 01 No. graded MS adopter of 40 mm dia of requisite length by way of welding of M.S. flange 40 mm dia at one end of the adopter and making outer threads at other end of the adopter. The threads on the adopter should be properly meshing with inner thread of discharge outlet of submersible pump set so as to make an air tight fitting. Fitting firmly the threaded end of the adopter in the discharge outlet of the submersible set .Tie Rod Clamp:- providing and fitting of 01No. U – Shaped tie rod / clamp approximately 3 Mtr span fabricated out of 40mm X 6 mm thick MS flat and fitting of the tie rod clamp to the submersible pump with the help of heavy duty bolts and nuts welded on both side of the clamp.

Column Pipes:- Providing and fitting of 40 mm dia G.I. column pipes (9 pipes of 20 feet length); B class (Parkash Surya / Jindal make). The job includes flanging of column pipes by cutting 20 feet. G.I. pipe on lathe and making 10 feet. length pieces. Providing and fitting of MS flanges of suitable thickness to each 10 feet length pipe on both sides. The flanges are to be finished properly. Manufacturing and facing of both the surfaces is to be done in such a way that by inserting a rubber sheet in between two flanges and tightening the nuts and bolts completely, leak proof joint is made. Each flange is to be provided with 4 Nos of equidistant holes of requisite dia. The job also includes welding of flat iron strips at each end for giving extra strength to the flanged joints and providing of grooves in each flange on opposite side for submersible pump cable.

Providing and fitting of LT control panel cum dry starter with protection relays as specified HP of the motor for submersible pump set for bore well, should be fitted in the fabricated box. Job includes cost of material ,taxes and labour charges.

Providing of 90 Mtrs3 core 2.5 sq.mm submersible single cable of reputed make ISI mark and p/f of proper thimbles to each lead and then connecting the leads to their respective terminals of star delta arrangement formation on the motor starter and then connecting with three phase power supply by putting on the main switch and motor starter respectively. Job includes cost of material , taxes and labour charges

Lowering and Testing &commissioning :- lowering of submersible pump set fitted with the adaptor and tie rod clamp along with fitting and lowering in sequence 18 nos of column pipes 40 mm dia (each 10 feet in length) one by one and also lowering submersible copper cable along with the submersible pump set in the bore hole. The job includes placing one column pipe over the over the other in sequence and connecting with each other by tightening the nut bolts at the flanges with providing and insertion of the rubber joint in between flanges for making leak proof joints of the column pipes and lowering into the bore hole step wise step with the help of column pipes holding clamps and chain pulley block. The top most column pipe to be connected with the delivery line for storage tank/ distribution of the pump set by way of providing and inserting in between M.S.bend, NRV, G.I. socket, G.I. union and suitable length of the G.I.pipe of the requisite size as per the site conditions and fitting other end of the M.S.bend on the G.I.column pipe with the delivery line of the submersible pump set by fastening the nut bolt of the flange etc. and then Testing & commissioning of the pump set in full load at site . Complete job includes cost of material, labour , charges of tools and tackles and skilled manpower and including all applicable taxes required for the execution of the work required at site.
