Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Supplying and laying fine sand including levelling, watering,ramming and all carraiges complete.

Barracading of the activety area by way of fixing G.I pipes in proper position (supplied from the PHE department) and fixing angle iron posts for supporting structure (supplied from Divisional store Poonch) duely tied with binding wire including cost of binding wire finely included dismantelling,dismembering the same and supplying the same in respective stores and all To an Fro carraiges complete job.

Construction of wooden stage for Cultural activity the material shall be used from the already procured material in the Divisional Store to and fro complete job.
