| 3 | M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-40 grade, mixed in computerized hot mix plant, laying with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber or gradient using 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges.Note:- (i) The mix design shall be got done from approved lab and got approved from GE before commencement of work.(ii) In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side, the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted through supply only rate of Rs 53/- per kg for paving bitumen VG-40. However no plus adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder is used/approved in the execution of work under in this item |

| 12 | M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour (red and yellow only), design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charges. |
