| 23 | M&L for 60mm thick PCC (M-35) factory made with grey cement and pigment interlocking tiles/ paver block of shape/ size as conforming to IS 15658, joints will be filled with fine sand, including dismentling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Sand will be paid under relavent item). |

| 25 | M&L for applying coloured chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment, 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15m thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. |
| 26 | M&L for vitrified designer heavy duty tiles of size 400mm x 400mm on foot path etc , 12mm thick coloured outdoor set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with white cement and pigment as in path/ floor, pattern of tiles as approved by GE over and including 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6 including demolition of existing tiles and screed complete all as specified and directed. |
| 27 | M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings and set in mortar CM 1:4 all as specified and directed |

| 31 | M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in chajjas facia, shelves, slabs, bands etc and similar work complete all as specified and directed. |
| 32 | M&L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 18 to 20 mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and the like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thickscreed bed in CM 1:4 including dismantling of existing work complete all as specified and directed. |
| 33 | A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Rs. 1,04,300/- Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
