Against The Purchase And Supply Of Reagents And Chemicals Or Lab Consumables On Rate Contract For Minimum Period Of 5 (Five) Years Including The Creation Of Necessary Infrastructure Of 24 Hours Lab Services In Main Opd Area And Deployment Of Skilled And Qualified One Pathologist, Technicians, Data Entry Operators, Sanitary Staff And Lab Attendants, Maintenance Or Periodic Replacement Of All Such Equipments And Services At The Vendors Own Cost.
