| 1 | Cleaning of four fountain systems i.e. 1) Sansad Marg,Outer Circle 2) Janpath, Outer Circle 3) K.G Marg, Outer Circle 4) Barakhamba road, Outer Circle fountain. The fountain's water body must be cleaned a minimum of twice a month or more frequently as per the direction issued to maintain transparency in water. The maintenance includes visit of Skilled Electrician Twice a month to check the Electrical faults, Electrical fittings & fixtures like pump sets of all power in single or three phases, electric panels & their accessories, CVD, DCC controller, LED lights, fittings, fixtures, MCBS, Overload relay. wiring, joints, other related similar items etc., checking electrical connections and related faults if any. All complete as per direction and entire satisfication of Engineer-in-charge. |
| 2 | Rewinding of openwell submersible pump set of 02 HP Single phase 0.75kW, 440 volts, 50 HZ, Flow rate 7.8-3 LPS, and repairing of minor defective parts cartage from site to workshop and back to site including cost of dismantling and reinstalling with including dismantling and reassembling etc, as required. Labour and cartage from site to workshop and back at site etc complete, and minor repairs of defective parts, labour charge etc as per entire satisfaction of engineer in charge |

| 4 | Repair of rewinding of upto 2.00 HP Submersible pump set K.S.B/ Kirloskar/Cormpton make 220 Volt defective parts:1. 2.0 HP rewinding kit-1 No.2. Bearing Bush 4 Nos.3. Thrust counter 1 No.4. Water seal 2 Nos.5. S.S Coupling 1 No.6. Norton Emperor.7. Guide Bush 8 Nos.8. Distance Bush 8 No. and 9. Grinding turning and shaft repair including labour charges for dismantling and reassembling the pump set at shop etc. after approval of sample and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. |

Overload relay - 1 No.2. Heavy Duty four pole contactor with molded coil 4. Precautions :- Phase failure, phase imbalance, phase reversal5. Short Circuit protection through MCB6. Seperate Ammeter and Volt meter7. Provision for connection dry run protection8. DOL :- Motor ON and trip indication9.
