| 1 | Overhauling amd maintenance of 132 KV SF-6 Circuit Breakers |
| 2 | Cleaning of porcelain of drive insulator frame outside of each pole |
| 3 | Checking and adjustment of snatch gap, travel of driver insulator from rod and tie rod of each pole |
| 4 | Opening of tripping and closing coil assembly D-rusting and greasing of all these parts |
| 5 | Oiling and greasing of all cranks gears by opening of lock circlip etc. |
| 6 | Re-Tightened of all these connections satisfactory operation local as well as remote |
| 7 | After major overhauling and repairing of 132 KV SF6 CBs following tests are to be carried out:- |
| 8 | Opening and closing time of breaker of each pole |
| 9 | Carrying out contact resisitant measurement (CRM Test) of each pole |
| 10 | Checking of Megger value of breaker poles |
| 11 | Checking Tripping of breaker at 70% DC Voltage |
| 12 | Checking the CLOSE/OPEN operation of breaker from remote & local |
| 13 | Prepare and submit the site overhauling report of each breakder |
| 14 | At 132 KV S/S RS Ghat (132 KV Barabanki, 132 KV RCM, Feeder bay) |
| 15 | At 132 KV S/S Haidergarh (132 KV Barabanki, 132 KV Jagdishpur feeder Bay) |
| 16 | Overhauling amd maintenance of 36 KV Vacuum Circuit Breakers |
| 17 | General maintenance and servicing of operating mechanism & spring charging mechanism of 36 KV VCBs below mentioned bays including travel measurment of moving rod, checking of CB Contact continuity, dismantling of Tie rod assembly, cleaning & geasing of it's all roller pins and it's re-assembly, cleaning of all moving parts and their greasing, checking and rectification of problem in electrical circuit including Aux. contact block, checking of Auto contact resistance of all the poles using contact resistance meter, measurment of closing & tripping time of all the poles with help of digital time measurement equipment, cheking of healthyness of the vacuum intruppted by suing vacuum interupted tester and finally cheking of opening & closing operation of the circuit breaker on remote and local. |
