Providing and laying Damp proof Course 50mm thick with cement mortar 1:2:4 (1Cement : 2Coarse sand : 4Graded stone aggregate, 20mm nominal size, and curing complete (JKSOR 4.18).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing including the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: (P.C.C Grade M-10 Nominal mix 1:3:6)

Centering and Shuttering including strutting, proping etc and removal of form work for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butress, plinth and String Courses etc (JKSOR 4.6.2).
