Supply and laying of 125 micron polythene sheet under the foundation(ant salt pepter treatment) or over sub base to act as separation between sub-base and conc.Slab (for C.C.Road Slab), including supply of all materials labour T&P required for proper completion of the work.As Per PWD SOR(Ref. of Analysis-N.S.Page-42)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc DSR-4.3.2
