| 10 | Supply and installation of vertically opposed blade Volume Control Damper. The damper shall be made of extruded anodized aluminium, powder coated aliminium volume control damper having vertical louvers as per the specification. |

Fire dampers shall be provided with approved make fire and smoke of at least 90 min. fire rating certified by CBRI Roorkee as per UL 555: 1973 or Indian equivalent standards. |

| 15 | Supply and installation of Return Air Diffuser of following specification. Extruded anodized aluminium, powder coated without aluminium volume control damper. The louvers protion shall be removable and rat entry prevent mesh shall be provided. |
| 16 | Supply and installation of Continuous (linear) Return Grill made of extruded anodized aluminium & powder coated off white colour with 30° inclined permanent fixed louvers as per the specification and rat entry prevent mesh shall also be provided. |
| 17 | Supply and installation of motorised damper actuator , to be installed at branch duct of approx. size 500 mm x 400mm. The motor capacity shall not be less than 3 Nm. Modification of existing duct to fix the motorised damper is also included in the contract scope. |
| 18 | Safe dismantling, gas cutting and removal of AC equiments & ducts, MS structures & frames, Supply & Return Air grills, etc from different locations in IGCAR. This work includes cutting, dismantling, transporting and handover the removed materials at AC workshop, CWCP or Central Stores as directed by the Engineer in-charge. Transportation of above removed materials (within 2km distance) by means of any vehicle from site to AC workshop/Central Stores is contractor's scope. |
| 19 | Fabrication and erection of MS structures for supporting pipes, ducts and base frames for pumps, motor and AC equipments, etc. |
| 20 | Providing and applying enamel painting to MS structures, pumps, motors, pipelines, ducts, AC equipments, etc. This includes thorough cleaning and removal of rust/paint and apply one coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. It also includes supply of approved make enamel paint and red oxide. |
| 21 | Supply and installation of Kitchen ventilation system blower of capacity 4000 CFM with squirrel gauge induction motor at HBB VIP dinning hall. |
| 22 | Supply, installation and leak testing of air cooled Condenser coil for Packaged chiller and Packaged AC units as per the specification and as required. Air cooled condenser shall be a compact coil made using latest advanced copper tubes with anti corrossive coated aluminium fins as per the original installed in the above AC units. Copper tubes shall be bullet expanded into aluminium fins for mechanical bonding. Independent sub cooling circuit shall be provided in each coils to improve EER. |
| 23 | Providing and constructing brick masonry at all lifts using well burnt stock bricks / Flyash bricks in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, curing complete as per specifications and drawings for foundation, superstructure, etc. |
| 24 | Providing plastering to the brickwork/concrete at all elevations/levels in cement mortar 1:5 using crushed stone sand, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 25 | Dismantling brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50m lead all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 26 | Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 25mm maximum size graded aggregates and and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications. |
| 27 | Hire charges for earth excavation/lifting heavy equipments by means of earth mover/crane. The time of hire charges will be reporting time to EIC till completion of work. |
| 28 | Hire charges towards 12.5 tonne crane for lifting the un-used concrete blocks, Chiller, Motor, Pump, Cooling tower, Condenser coil, AC systelight-poles, electrical-drums & structural materials lying in and around the area of the building and loading them into the trucks including providing D-cycle, slings and other accessories for lifting & overhead charges for operators, fitters & helpers complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
